Puenta la Reina

At this point, there are seven of us that travel together. Chuck Allgood from Auburn, Sevan and Davide from Israel, Janet from Oregon, Stuart from Scotland, and David and Mia from Brisbane, Australia. An odd bunch, some quiet and some nonstop talkers, some quiet and some know it all, some relaxed and some easily agitated, but everyone seems to get along fine. It is easy to generalize though, that the best talkers are the poorest listeners. Of course whoever reads this blog thinks it is the other person. No matter, we'll probably get ostracized from the group the moment this blog gets around.
We stayed at the same spot in Puenta La Reina for the third time. Best place, best food and best company. It was a great walk in great weather again. 27 or so kilometers and we took our time. It was very windy and cold as we tried to take this picture at the top of Alto de Perdon. Laura and I kept having the exact same thoughts at the exact same time. Almost feels like we're tied together with the same backpack.
ps. We had great baccalau and oxtail for dinner.
